What is embroidery and how much does it cost?
Embroidery is decorating items with stitching. Embroidery will not crack or peel over time. “I Say Embroidery” provides you with the opportunity to name your gift making it very personal and unique. There is no additional cost for embroidery on our Plush Teddies, Comforters, Baby Blankets, Swaddles and Hooded Towels.
Can I have my order sent directly to the recipient?
Yes absolutely. “I Say Embroidery” provide you with a complimentary ecofriendly gift packaging and the opportunity of adding you own personal message to accompany your gift. Remember to type your gift message prior to adding your product to your cart.
Can I send multiple items with the same name in the one gift box?
Yes, orders with two or more items with the same name will be packed into one complimentary gift box. Saving you the time and stress of repacking.
Can I order for two different people and have both gifts posted together?
Please note this is possible when gifts are being delivered to the same address. The orders with different names will be packed into separate complimentary gift boxes and labelled with the name. Both gifts can be posted together incurring one postage charge. If you want to order for two people and have them sent to different addresses, you will need to make two separate orders on our site.
How will I know my payment has been processed?
Once you have made your order and completed the payment you will receive an order confirmation email confirming the details of your order. If you have not received the email, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders. If you are concerned that your payment has not have been processed. You can email us at hi@isayembroidery.com.au
How will I know when my order has been sent?
Once your order is dispatched, “I Say Embroidery” will send an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Will an invoice with the price be included with the gift?
No invoice or paperwork showing the price will be sent with your gift if sent within Australia. You will receive the invoice by email. International shipments (shipments sent outside Australia) are required to show the value of the gift. In this case it is possible that the recipient will see the details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
“I Say Embroidery” aims to dispatch within 2- 3 business days after receiving your order. I Say Embroidery is based in Brisbane and uses Australia Post for our deliveries.

Can I get free delivery?
If you submit an order that is over $160 then you will receive a free standard delivery within Australia.
What payment options do you accept?

Our site is secured with a SSL certificate and all payments are secure. Please note that we do not hold your credit card details and that these are held by our payment provide (Stripe). Credit & debit card payments are processed with Stripe. All payments must be made via out website.
Can I exchange or return my order if I made a mistake?
I Say Embroidery will always endeavour to find a solution for any issues that may occur with our products. However, due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept returns where the customer has changed their mind or made a mistake while ordering the gift. Please ensure you recheck the spelling of names and other details entered to ensure that the embroidery for your order is correct. If you do find an error, please contact us ASAP by email at hi@isayembriodery.com.au or phone to discuss possible solutions.
Can I change my order?
In most cases your order will be processed very quickly so please ensure you have checked all the details before you complete your order. If you do need to make a change, please contact us ASAP at hi@isayembroidery.com.au. If your order has not been processed, we will endeavour to find a solution for you.
Can I have more characters (letters) than the maximum number shown?
Most of our products can accommodate more characters (letters) than our complimentary maximum limit. However, the text will be smaller and there may be an additional cost. We will contact you if this is the case. If you would like to add a few more characters (letters) please add this in the order notes or contact us by email at hi@isayembroidery.com.au. We will endeavour to customise the embroidery on your gift as requested.
How is Bamboo different to cotton?
Bamboo has numerous properties that make it more appealing than cotton.
- Anti-bacterial: does not retain moisture or develop mould or mildew. Research shows that bamboo products remain odour-free even after multiple uses (less laundering).
- Hypo-allergenic: is made from fibres grown without the aid of pesticides or harsh chemicals. Making it a natural choice for anybody with sensitive skin or allergies
- Highly absorbent: wicking properties means it removes moisture away from your body and is reportedly 3 to 4 times more absorbent than products made with cotton or cotton-blend.
- Luxuriously soft: bamboo textiles have a soft, silky texture, without the slipperiness of silk.
- Durability: Long lasting, easy to wash and anti-static. The bamboo blankets and towels are woven therefore any pulled loop or snag will not unravel. (Snip the snag with a sharp pair of scissors)
