“I Say Embroidery” aims to dispatch within 2- 3 business days after receiving your order. Delivery will depend on where you are located. I say embroidery is based in Brisbane and uses Australia Post for our deliveries.

Standard Postage

$14.95 Standard Postage – flat rate anywhere in Australia.

“I Say Embroidery” will provide free standard postage within Australia for orders of over $160.

The following is only a guide for each of main cities in each state: Estimated delivery time for standard delivery.

  • Brisbane – 2 to 5 days
  • Sydney – 3 to 5 days
  • Melbourne – 3 to 5 days
  • Adelaide – 3 to 7 days
  • Perth – 5 to 8 days
  • Darwin – 4 to 8 days
  • Hobart – 3 to 7 days

Express Postage

$19.95 Express Postage – flat rate anywhere in Australia.  

Express Post orders should be delivered the next business day in CBD Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart (2 business days to Perth Metro area). Express shipping to Darwin will take 2-3 days.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to customers around the world. Please note that international shipping may incur additional customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The exact fees and taxes vary depending on the destination country's regulations.
