Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that an error or issue arises with your order please contact us ASAP by either email at hi@isayembroidery.com or phone to inform us of the issue.  Any refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Should our quality checking miss a faulty item we will send you a replacement item ASAP in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.  For exchanges, we will ship out the new item(s) as soon as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email with the updated tracking information.

Please do not return any items unless advised, normally a photo provides us adequate evidence to resolve any issues.

Due to the nature of personalised products, we are not able to exchange any orders due to a change of mind or error made during the ordering process. So please, before completing your order recheck all spelling. However, if you do make an error (e.g. missed making it a capital letter), please contact us by either email or phone ASAP. We will endeavour to offer a solution.
